Robyn Fond has a diverse professional background, including senior retail management and accounting. She worked with an American telecommunications company and was involved in human resource development, sales, training development, product and brand marketing (both strategic and tactical), operations and a senior management role before emigrating to New Zealand in 1989.
She joined Telecom New Zealand as Marketing Manager in Wellington and later moved into a National Marketing role, where she developed a national segmentation brand for Telecom's general business market. The team achieved many successes and she left after project managing a national sales campaign that involved the entire sales force.
Acknowledged for her consulting and training skills, Robyn works with a range of companies on an ongoing basis. Her assignments are diverse and include assisting organisations to set professional standards; team training, whereby the teams develop their own sales tracking methodology; strategic planning and writing specifications for customer service centres.
Robyn is a student of life-and as a result has created powerful teams and achieved significant results in helping to create personal leadership in the Sales and Marketing areas. Through her academic and practical education, she brings hard hitting and practical ideas to help facilitate personal and business success. Her achievements include a raft of adventures such as moving to new states and countries, and she is no stranger to the challenges of demanding sales, marketing and operational environments, both for large corporates and owner-operated businesses. Her career spans these challenges, and the results speak for themselves.
