Ten years of real estate practice in London formed the basis of Paul's motivation, coaching and speaking career in New Zealand. More than two decades in the sales, goal setting and motivational fields have given him a keen understanding of personal achievement and business success.
A lifetime involvement in sports has provided much of his understanding of achievement psychology. As a competitive swimmer and coach, Paul learnt the importance of technique and self-belief. As a keen soccer player and coach, 'The beautiful game' has taught him teamwork and finesse. Ten years practicing Martial Arts has played a significant role in developing his patience and discipline in both work and family life.
A recent addition to Paul's skills has been his study and a diploma in Hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis. This has allowed him to expand his speaking, personal development and coaching programmes in an exciting and powerful direction, as well as giving Paul a greater understanding of the mechanics of the human mind and how to control it.
